Dr. Chishti has a DVM, PhD degree. He started his career as teaching veterinary pathology and part time practice in small and large animals. He has a passion in research and diagnostic, worked at University of Toronto where he developed the world’s best transgenic model for Alzheimer disease as well therapeutics. Amyloid beta peptide vaccine is our future hope and available in near future. He loves animals and decided to practice in veterinary medicine and appreciates diagnostics, emergency and all aspects of veterinary medicine.
Dr. Chishti was determined to practice small animal medicine and started as a locum doctor. He has extensive experience in diagnostics, surgery, emergency and internal medicine. He loves dealing with challenging cases where he gets to use his professional skills, diagnostic work up and experience in internal medicine. He believes pets are an essential part of a family. He loves to provide the highest quality of care for pets and their loved ones.
Dr. Chishti believes life is a continuation of a learning process and always focuses on constantly improving his surgical and emergency skills and internal medicine care through education courses, seminars and discussions with colleagues.
